Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Operations Coordinator to serve as the main contact for residents, contractors and internal stakeholders. You will build strong relationships to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.

You will coordinate with contractors and cross-functional teams to plan, schedule, and monitor activities, while managing communications and reports. Strong Excel skills and data-driven decision support are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder required.
• Experience in stakeholder management, customer service, and operations coordination.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across organization levels.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable handling large data for reporting and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key contact for residents, contractors and internal stakeholders with professional, responsive support.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to enable smooth operations, collaboration, and timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate with contractors and cross-functional teams to plan, schedule, and monitor operational activities.
• Proactively manage stakeholder communications, provide updates, manage expectations, and ensure alignment.
• Handle and resolve operational issues with relevant stakeholders to achieve satisfactory outcomes.
• Maintain accurate operational records, schedules and reports using IT systems (CRM, PowerApps) and MS Office.
• Generate regular reports to support operational planning and stakeholder decisions.
• Support project coordination and process improvement to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
