Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented coordinator to support project governance, billing, and reporting across the utilities group. You will work with cross-functional teams, build dashboards, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring on-time delivery.

The role requires 3–6 years of relevant experience, strong IT skills, and the ability to own tasks in a small team. Working location is Kallang with occasional Saturday standby for site operations.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in related admin/project support
• Experience building dashboards and digital tools for business ops
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and influence within a small team
• Proficient with MS Excel, Power BI, CRM systems

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and milestones
• Monitor project financials and processes
• Handle billing and collections
• Manage digital services on company website and app
• Prepare reports and dashboards for management updates
• Analyze trends to identify issues and improvement opportunities
• Support management with day-to-day project coordination
• Ensure deliverables are on schedule with cross-functional teams
• Develop and update SOPs to support the business
