The role emphasizes hands-on execution, supervision of activities, and continuous improvement while coordinating with internal teams to keep deliverables on schedule.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in the relevant scope of work.
• Good IT and system capability, with experience developing dashboards and digital solutions.
• Proactive, collaborative and able to drive change across a small team.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Power BI and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage project support activities and key milestones.
• Monitor project financials and relevant processes.
• Manage billing and payment collection.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for management updates.
• Ensure SOPs are updated to support the business.
