Job summary

A leading offshore construction company in Singapore seeks a Supervisor to oversee assembly works both locally and overseas. The role includes coordinating quality and safety standards, planning and monitoring progress, and managing fabrication relationships. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of relevant experience and hold a Diploma or equivalent. Basic Offshore Safety Induction And Emergency Training (BOSIET) certification is required, with a commitment to travel for assignments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Construction works, Supervision, Marine, and Offshore.
• Certification in Basic Offshore Safety Induction And Emergency Training (BOSIET) required.
• Must be willing to travel for overseas/offshore assignments on short notice.
• Independent and hardworking – Preferably Singaporean or hold relevant residence status.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assembly works at site, ensuring tasks are performed successfully and timely.
• Liaison with fabrication personnel and clients at site.
• Manage planning, execution, and monitoring of fabrication/assembly works.
• Handle customer feedback/complaints at site.
• Co-ordinate implementation of safety management programs.
• Ensure staff are aware of safety and health responsibilities.

Job description

• To supervise assembly works at site (overseas/local) & ensure tasks are carried out successfully and timely; with the necessary quality and standards.
• Responsible for liaison with fabrication personnel at site [and client/class].
• Responsible for planning, execution, coordinating progress and monitoring of fabrication /assembly works both local and overseas projects ensuring quality & safety at site.
• Handle Customer Feedback/Complaints at site.
• To co-ordinate the implementation and maintenance of the project safety, health and environmental (HSE) management programs.
• To ensure employees and staff are thoroughly aware of and trained in their safety and health responsibilities
• To promote the Company safety and health culture at all levels of operation, and to enforce the HSE requirements throughout the site as required by the current legislations.
• Min Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in Construction works / Supervision / Marine and Offshore
