Responsibilities

• Responsible for cost estimation and BQ/tender submission with deadline
• Source, negotiate price and work with new and existing vendors
• Responsible for material order processing and cost control
• Project coordination and liaising with subcontractors and vendors.
• Attend site matters and handle clients’ needs.
• Assist Contract Manager on project administrative matters
• Update project accounts with clients and vendors

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Building, Quantity Surveyor with equivalent qualifications.
• Min 3 year relevant experience in construction-related environment.
• Ability to work independently in a fast pace environment
• Computer literacy and knowledge of AutoCAD are required.
• Knowledge of Architectural & ID works is an added advantage.
• Pleasant personality, resourceful, good initiative and good interpersonal skills.
