Overview

A1 Main Contractor, is expanding their building project team and is looking for a Project Planning & Control Engineer with experience in construction planning, scheduling, coordination, and design review. Suitable for candidates with strong analytical and coordination skills who can ensure project timelines, design compliance, and overall project delivery.

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• Track progress, identify delays, and provide mitigation plans.
• Prepare weekly/monthly project progress reports.
• Monitor critical paths, resources, manpower loading, and sequencing.
• Support tender planning, methodology preparation, and baseline schedule development.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure timely execution.
• Review structural, architectural, and M&E drawings to identify discrepancies and clashes.
• Ensure design compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate design queries (RFI) with consultants.
• Manage drawing submission logs, revisions, and approval status.
• Provide technical input during construction planning and sequencing.
• Support site team with design interpretation and constructability reviews.
