  • Team Leadership: Assemble and direct the project team, assigning responsibilities and fostering collaboration.
  • Execution & Monitoring: Oversee daily progress, track metrics, manage timelines, and ensure adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients/management, reporting status and translating requirements.
  • Resource Management: Allocate skilled team members and resources effectively to tasks, preventing bottlenecks.
  • Risk & Change Management: Identify potential risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies and managing scope changes.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet requirements and quality standards, overseeing testing and documentation.
