Divine Space Construction Pte. Ltd., an established Interior Design and Construction firm, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional with strong expertise in interior design and/or construction who can confidently lead projects from initial planning through final handover.

As a Project Manager, you will be accountable for the overall delivery of assigned projects, ensuring they meet design intent, budget requirements, timelines, and client expectations. You will serve as the key point of coordination between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the full project lifecycle, from project initiation and planning through construction and final completion.

  • Prepare, manage, and monitor detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans.

  • Act as the primary liaison with clients, designers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication and alignment.

  • Coordinate design development, material procurement, site execution, and project close-out activities.

  • Monitor project costs, conduct financial tracking, and provide accurate cost forecasts and reports.

  • Ensure all project documentation is properly prepared, maintained, and updated, including progress reports and approvals.

  • Identify potential risks and issues early, and implement effective solutions to minimize impact on time, cost, and quality.

  • Ensure compliance with company standards, contractual requirements, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

  • Provide leadership and direction to site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain productivity and quality workmanship.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience in interior design and/or construction.

  • Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a client-focused mindset.

  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced project environment.

  • Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese language is required, as the role involves regular communication with Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in project management tools, scheduling software, and reporting systems.

  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

  • Strong commitment to quality delivery, workplace safety, and customer satisfaction.
