This is a full-time on-site Project Manager role located in Singapore at Qian Shan Group. The Project Manager will be responsible for

Responsibilities
  • Project planning, execution and management of the new/current renovation project of the F&B outlet/ office
  • Detailed understanding of all project information and drawings design required for the renovation project
  • Ensure the design practical, scalable solutions to keep projects from running smoothly
  • Ensure all necessary permits required for the project are applied
  • Work closely with main and sub contractors to ensure on-time delivery of project within budget and with good quality and highlight any discrepancy in the project and rectify it
  • Responsible for achieving goals, timelines and budget within the Management expectation
  • Conduct risk management and safety checks for all project sites
  • Work closely with leadership and key teams to align priorities, provide project visibility, and remove bottlenecks.
  • Define and track success metrics, ensuring projects deliver measurable business impact.
  • Any other ad-hoc activities required by the Management
Qualifications & Experiences
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing cross-functional projects
  • Have prior experience in working on F&B renovation projects
  • Strong communication skills and proactive problem solver who takes initiative and thrives in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
  • Able to adapt to fast enviroment and focus on delivering results.
  • Comfortable using project management tools (Lark, Microsoft Project etc.), and making data-backed decisions.
