Job description

Bayes is representing an A1 Main-Contractor for Project Manager (2 Vacancies) and Project Engineer (5 Vacancies) roles.

Responsibilities

To lead/support the site construction team in ensuring smooth execution of work for HDB projects

Responsible for daily execution of work at site, according to schedule, guide subordinates on checking of work to meet the material and workmanship requirements

To plan ahead of schedule so that site problems can be resolved before they have impact on cost, overall schedule and quality

Follow up on customer complaints. Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, minimize environmental impact associated with the construction activities

Ensure full compliance of MOM safety rules and conduct periodic safety inspections on safety performance of all subcontractors

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree and above in an Engineering, Technical or Architectural discipline

At least 4-7 years of prior experience with a main-contractor environment, having worked on HDB Projects
