About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled air conditioning installation supervisor. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing the air‑conditioning installation teams in carrying out their work efficiently and safely, while maintaining a high‑quality standard of work.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of ACMV engineers, supervisors and skilled workers.
  • Foster a collaborative and high‑performance work environment.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the team.

Stakeholders management:

  • Coordinate with main contractor, MEP contractors as well as other trades subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of works.

Technical Expertise:

  • Provide technical guidance and support to engineers, supervisors and skilled workers in executing their works according to technical specifications and drawings, as well as prevailing codes and regulations.
  • Ensure smooth execution of works in timely manner to meet project schedule.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in air conditioning systems.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the project budget in materials and manpower.
  • Monitor expenses, analyse budget variances, and implement cost‑savings measures.

Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well‑being of employees and customers.

Reporting:

  • Provide updates to senior management on departmental performance and challenges.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and methodologies in air‑conditioning repair and maintenance.
Qualifications and Requirements

Education & Certifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related fields

Technical Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical installation
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities

Soft Skills:

  • Good leadership and team management skills
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Strong attention to detail and precision
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
  • Good critical thinking and problem‑solving ability
