Project Manager (Civil & Structural)

Work Location: Changi Airport

Work Week: 6 days, 8.45 am to 6pm

Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all phases of project planning and execution.

This includes developing project plans, allocating and managing resources, tracking performance against objectives, and ensuring successful and timely delivery.

The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with clients and working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Description
  • Oversee the full cycle of project management — from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations in line with approved budgets and timelines.
  • Lead, coordinate, and motivate project teams to achieve deliverables and maintain high performance standards.
  • Monitor and report project progress to all stakeholders, highlighting risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
  • Manage changes, variations, and interventions to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Prepare and deliver progress reports, proposals, and documentation as required.
  • Conduct and attend meetings with main contractors, consultants, architects, and clients to ensure smooth project communication.
  • Supervise and liaise with site staff, supervisors, foremen, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality execution.
  • Monitor construction progress, manage progress claims, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and project-related assignments as needed.
Skills Requirement
  • Diploma or Degree in Architectural or Civil & Structural Engineering.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a similar project management capacity.
  • Strong ability to interpret and execute written, verbal, and graphic instructions.
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven leadership and team coordination capabilities.
  • Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure.
  • Strong initiative with a results-driven mindset.
