Job Description

• Planning of automated systems which utilises a network of underground for construction projects
• Close supervision, Management and execution of construction works at site, including monitoring work progress and quality
• Involved in preplanning and value-engineering and sequence planning
• Supervise and manage contractors and laborers at construction sites.
• Meet with architects, specialized trade employees, and civil engineers on projects or upcoming builds.
• Address emergencies, work delays, or other problems that affect the construction project.
• Manage the project cost, cash flow, claim in order to complete the project within the project budget and profit margin
• Responsible for all the site implementation and completion towards management target, client’s expectation and compliance to authorities’ regulations.
• Responsible for the project quality and safety plan.
• Ensure company ISO and OHSAS requirements are fully implemented on project.
• Coordinating with authorities, clients, consultants and subcontractors on all project aspects.
• Ensure proper documentation and records of site works are carried out.

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree holder
• Above 5 years of relevant construction process industry experience, managing Singapore process plant projects
• Familiar with SG process plant
• Well verse with Singapore construction regulation
