• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful and timely completion of construction projects
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues proactively
• Ensure compliance with relevant construction regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Manage client relationships, effectively communicating project status and addressing any concerns
• Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
