Responsibilities

• Engage in project engineering of ACMV Systems.
• Responsible for planning, scheduling, and conducting project aspects.
• Lead communication with Site Engineer and Site Supervisor.
• Control costs of materials and labor.
• Attend site meetings and monitor project progress.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and agencies.
• Ensure construction safety rules are observed.
• Schedule daily construction work.
• Establish preferred construction methods.
• Ensure proper project documentation.
• Monitor and report project progression to management.
• Perform any other management assigned tasks.

• Responsible for planning, scheduling, forecasting, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
• To lead and communicate with our Site Engineer and Site Supervisor.
• Controlling the cost of the materials and labor.
• Attend site meetings, inspections, and monitoring of project progress.
• Liaising and coordinating with all parties involved in the projects such as consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, local authorities, environmental agencies federal entities, etc to ensure successful implementation of the project.
• Ensure that all the construction safety rules and regulations are being observed.
• Scheduling the construction work of the day.
• Laying down the preferred construction methods.
• Ensure proper project documentation.
• Monitor and report project progression to management.
• Any other tasks assigned by the management.
