• Review Faulty Hardware Service Requests and manage asset activities.

Job description

• Support Desktop Infra team in overseeing services provided by the outsourced SD/DE vendor and ensuring SLA compliance.
  Oversight of WOG operations and work streams.
• Supervision of the Priority Support team.
• Act as a point of contact for escalations and complex issues.
• Central Administration of Adobe Licensing and SD/DE report generation.
• Review of Faulty Hardware Service Requests (SR), Portable Storage Media(PSM) loan, and asset management.
• Tech Bar operations (in support of the PC bulk tender and subsequent One Device rollout).
• PSM enforcement activities.
• Assist in the implementation of the Smart Locker.
• Assist in the implementation of DEX and ServiceNow-DEXintegration.
