Job description

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Project Lead is responsible for the successful delivery of large scale, complex tech-enabled change projects, managing and coordinating the full project lifecycle across diverse industries. You will lead data science and AI projects end-to-end—from gathering business requirements to developing models, evaluating outcomes, and deploying scalable solutions—while collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners, cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, innovation‑driven environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver data science or AI projects, including scoping, planning, execution, risk management, and closure.
• Translating complex business problems into well‑defined analytical questions and project plans with clear scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, define deliverables, and align priorities.
• Prioritize tasks and deliverables based on business impact, resource availability, and technical feasibility, while developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones clearly to all stakeholders.
• Ensure proper documentation, stakeholder sign‑offs, and smooth handover to business‑as‑usual teams.
• Present results in a business‑friendly format and gather feedback.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a project manager specifically for data science or AI/ML projects or products.
• Proven experience managing the data science project lifecycle from ideation to production.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) adapted for data science.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with an ability to manage expectations and build consensus.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Highly proactive, takes strong ownership, and can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Nice to have: Data science or AI experience, qualification or certification.

Working hours:
Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm
