Responsibilities

• Assist the Project/Site Manager in planning, coordinating, executing, and monitoring all site works.
• Oversee daily site operations; monitor and coordinate works with supervisors to ensure smooth progress.
• Supervise the site team to ensure strict adherence to safety standards at all times.
• Plan and monitor daily project activities to ensure civil and structural works meet specifications and schedule.
• Provide engineering inputs to resolve design and construction issues; maintain project quality.
• Liaise with main contractors, consultants, relevant authorities, sub-contractors, and suppliers to coordinate works.
• Coordinate with the procurement team on delivery items and schedule.
• Ensure timely submission of all project documentation, including method statements, work progress reports, daily reports, QA/QC reports, etc.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in the construction industry.
• Willing to work at project sites.
• Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
