Overview

Job Title: Project Engineer - Marine Construction (ID8353)
Location: Bukit Batok, Singapore
Working Hour: 5.5 days (Monday to Friday 8-5, Saturday 8-12) but may require OT due to project requirements (7am-7pm)
Salary: $3900 - $5500

Responsibilities
  • Drive project timelines by planning and coordinating on-site and off-site construction schedules.
  • Track and report progress across all stages—keeping teams, clients, and consultants in the loop.
  • Review drawings (civil, structural, architectural, M&E) to ensure everything lines up with project goals.
  • Monitor site activities closely and produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports; champion a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
  • Lead daily toolbox meetings and coordinate tasks with supervisors and safety teams.
  • Liaise with REs and RTOs for inspections, and represent the team in client and safety meetings.
  • Prepare and manage key submissions—RFIs, Method Statements, Risk Assessments, SWPs, drawings, and more.
  • Keep project documentation organized and audit-ready for ISO standards.
Requirements
  • Minimally 2 to 6 years of work experience in infrastructural or marine construction industry. Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior position. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
  • Relevant project experiences in dredging, reclamation or near shore construction will be highly regarded.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and BCA regulations.
  • Experience assisting in variable projects from time-to-time.
  • Own vehicle will be highly advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
