About the Company

Leading MNC contractor specialising in delivering large-scale coastal, dredging, reclamation, and geotechnical projects across Southeast Asia.

You’ll join a technically driven team with deep expertise in engineering execution, project delivery, and operational excellence. With a growing pipeline of regional projects, this is an exciting opportunity for engineers ready to take ownership of project planning, coordination, and execution across diverse marine environments.

Role Overview

You will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and driving execution of major marine and geotechnical infrastructure projects. Beyond site support, you will be expected to lead sections of the project, manage interfaces with stakeholders, and provide technical input to optimise methods and resources.

Responsibilities
  • Lead planning and scheduling of project activities, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines and milestones
  • Review and develop method statements, technical submissions, and resource plans for marine and reclamation works
  • Oversee on-site execution, ensuring compliance with specifications, safety, and quality standards
  • Act as primary coordinator between contractors, consultants, clients, and internal teams
  • Monitor progress, anticipate risks, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track
  • Provide technical input on methodologies, soil improvement, and coastal protection solutions
  • Lead QA/QC processes and ensure adherence to environmental and safety requirements
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and site teams, fostering technical growth and best practices
  • Support project manager in reporting, client presentations, and stakeholder updates
Requirements
  • Degree in Civil, Marine, Geotechnical, or Coastal Engineering (or equivalent)
  • 3 years’ project experience in marine, dredging, reclamation, or geotechnical works, with proven site and planning exposure
  • Understanding of dredging equipment, reclamation techniques, soil behaviour, and coastal protection methods
  • Experience in project planning tools (e.g. Primavera, MS Project) an advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to lead sections of a project and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams
