  • Familiar with BCA and local authorities’ requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordination, and execution of building projects.
  • Review construction drawings and specifications to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor site progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Prepare method statements and project documentation.
  • Support in the testing, commissioning, and handover process.
  • Resolve technical and engineering issues on site.
  • Report to the Project Manager on site progress and potential delays.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordination, and execution of building projects to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Review construction drawings, specifications, and technical requirements to ensure compliance with project and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and works.
  • Monitor site progress, quality, and safety compliance in accordance with project schedules and company policies.
  • Prepare method statements, shop drawings, material submissions, and other project documentation.
  • Support in the testing, commissioning, and handover process upon project completion.
  • Resolve technical and engineering issues on site with relevant stakeholders.
  • Report regularly to the Project Manager on site progress, potential delays, and corrective measures.
