About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer (Civil) to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring project milestones are met, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate works on-site in accordance with project specifications and timelines
  • Liaise with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of works
  • Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
  • Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
Requirements
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Degree must be recognized from BOA, PEB or list of recognized QS-related degrees found in PSPC terms of listing Appendix B
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience in construction or infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Office and other relevant software. Proficient in Bluebeam Revu is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure
