PROJECT ENGINEER

(Familiar Plumbing & Sanitary)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Plan, schedule, and oversee plumbing & sanitary (P&S) installation works for assigned projects.
• Review drawings, technical specifications, and coordinate with consultants, architects, and clients.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure materials and workmanship comply with design and authority standards.
• Prepare shop drawings, method statements, and technical submissions for approval.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure installation works meet approved drawings and quality standards.
• Coordinate with other trades (mechanical, electrical, structural, architectural) to resolve site clashes.
• Prepare project documentation including progress reports, inspection reports, and as‑built drawings.
• Monitor project progress, control cost, and ensure timely completion of works.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and company safety policies.
• Attend site meetings and assist the Project Manager in handling technical issues and variation orders.
• Any other business related matters assigned by the Management/Head office.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in M&E Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field.
• BCA Certificate in Plumbing & Pipefitting is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in plumbing & sanitary or M&E projects.
• Good knowledge of PUB, BCA, and NEA regulations.
• Able to interpret technical drawings and coordinate multiple trades.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and coordination skills.
