Job Description

• Monitor, track, and provide timely project progress reports to the management
• Report to Project Manager / Site Manager for the arrangement of work
• Prepare the specification and data sheet as per codes / standards, project, and client’s requirement,
• Responsible of the submission and approval of materials in compliance to the specification;
• Responsible monitoring of work progress on site
• Co‑ordinate the inspection work on site and installation works
• Handling technical and engineering problems on site
• Ensure site safety and proper execution of site work procedure on site
• Monitor and co‑coordinate the works of subcontractors

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Building / Project Management or equivalent.
• Min. 2 years relevant working experience in the construction industry (building facade).
• Strong leadership, organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills.
• Good working attitude with a high level of professionalism, integrity, initiative, and being a team player.
• Knowledge and/or experience in contractual management is an added advantage.
