Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as Project Engineer in the oil & gas or energy industry.
• Experience in managing medium sized projects from start to finish.
• Possess offshore general safety training and relevant safety courses.

Job Description & Requirements

• Working hour: 8:30am – 6pm (Mon – Fri)

Job Descriptions

• Build and install offshore generator/fire pump systems;
• Onsite planning and managing of installation teams, sub-cons;
• Supporting assistant to project manager and ad-hoc;
• Project Management, including effective cost, time and quality control, manpower planning, Material Take Off & etc
• Overall project schedule and expertise to meet project objectives and deliverables;
• Involve in negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers with commercial personnel where necessary;
• Liaise with clients and consultants on project requirements and attending meetings;
• Complete assigned projects on schedule and within budget;
• Identify any potential safety risks within projects and putting in place strategies to mitigate any risks;
• Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures;
• Ensure that Health, Safety and Environmental Safety standards are met;
• Supervision of project engineers and other project team members;
• Ensure smooth delivery of the project completion/site commissioning

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at Diploma in Engineering (Mechatronics), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years as Project Engineer in oil & gas industry, Energy industry and must have experience in M&E
• Completed medium sized projects from start to finish
• Previous project experience in relevant fields e.g. offshore projects, marine projects etc.
• Commercial knowledge
• Offshore general Safety Course for Project Manager
• Managing Work at Height Course
• Workplace Safety and Health Risk Management Course
• Possess high level of integrity, good interpersonal and strong leadership skills.
• Good communication skill
• Knowledge in energy modelling software (PVsyst), Autocad and construction modelling software
