Job Title: Project Director (ID6064)Location: Kaki bukitWorking Hours: Mon to Sat, 9 am- 6pmSalary: up to $15,000
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and markets to grow company reach and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, suppliers, distributors, and partners.
- Lead sales, marketing, customer service, and client relationship teams to drive growth.
- Manage corporate development projects such as joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, investments, and strategic planning.
- Conduct market research, financial analysis, and prepare strategic presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Oversee project tendering, budgeting, contract negotiation, and cost control in renovation and construction projects.
- Lead and support quantity surveyors and project management teams; resolve contractual and legal issues.
- Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and site meetings; ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Prepare reports, proposals, and post-project reviews to improve cost efficiency and productivity.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in commercial management, preferably in renovation, construction, or related industries.
