Overview

Job Title: Project Director (ID6064)
Location: Kaki bukit
Working Hours: Mon to Sat, 9 am- 6pm
Salary: up to $15,000

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and markets to grow company reach and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, suppliers, distributors, and partners.
  • Lead sales, marketing, customer service, and client relationship teams to drive growth.
  • Manage corporate development projects such as joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, investments, and strategic planning.
  • Conduct market research, financial analysis, and prepare strategic presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Oversee project tendering, budgeting, contract negotiation, and cost control in renovation and construction projects.
  • Lead and support quantity surveyors and project management teams; resolve contractual and legal issues.
  • Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and site meetings; ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Prepare reports, proposals, and post-project reviews to improve cost efficiency and productivity.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
