Project Coordinator (12-Month Contract)

Location: Central, Singapore

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop and coordinate the Project Installation Programme (CIP) with stakeholders, ensuring all scopes, timelines, and deliverables are covered.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any project obstacles or delays.
• Documentation: Ensure accurate project documentation and drawings (ELARDS) are maintained.
• Team Coordination: Guide installation teams and subcontractors, ensuring efficient workflow and team collaboration.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven project coordination experience in LTA projects, preferably in the CCTV/security industry.
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, problem‑solving, and multitasking skills.
• Competencies: Attention to detail, quality assurance, and customer relationship management.
