  • Working Location: Jurong West
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 5.00pm; Sat, 9.00am - 1.00pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,500 + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Project Manager in coordinating daily project activities and follow-ups with internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and maintain project documents, including drawings logs, material submissions, method statements, RFIs, and correspondence.
  • Track project schedules and action items; follow up with relevant parties to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist with procurement coordination (e.g., request quotations, track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and materials on site).
  • Coordinate site meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on agreed actions.
  • Liaise with site team to consolidate progress updates, manpower records, and daily/weekly reports.
  • Support submission and approval processes with clients/consultants
  • Manage filing to ensure documents are properly stored and easy to retrieve.
  • Handle general project administration duties assigned by the Project Manager.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in construction projects (main contractor or subcontractor experience is an advantage).
  • Able to read and manage construction documents such as drawings, specifications, and submission records.
  • Possess valid Class 3 Driving license
