Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a professional to manage project teams and liaise with clients. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma in Management and have at least 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are essential. Candidates who can speak Chinese will have an advantage to communicate with our clients from China. This role involves overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Preferred Chinese speaking for our China customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage few teams of supervisor for daily work activities.
• Liaise with Client, Internal staff and Sub-con on daily activities.
• Manage work progress of the work activities.
• Prepare site team with necessary tools, Equipment, PPE and procurement of them.
• Preparation of monthly laterals logging update and claims documents to QS for submission to client.
• Report and discuss to Project Manager on site issue and propose suggestion to mitigate and improvement if any.
