Job summary

An engineering firm located in Singapore is seeking a skilled manager to oversee teams and daily work activities. The successful candidate will liaise with clients and subcontractors, ensure that the site team is equipped with necessary tools and materials, and prepare documentation for client submissions. Applicants should possess a diploma in management, at least 3 years of experience in a relevant field, and strong interpersonal skills, with a preference for Chinese speakers to communicate with customers from China.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage teams of supervisors for daily work activities.
• Liaise with clients, internal staff, and subcontractors on daily activities.
• Prepare site team with necessary tools, equipment, PPE, and procurement.
• Prepare monthly logging updates and claims documents for submission to client.
• Report site issues to Project Manager and propose improvement suggestions.

• Prepare site team with necessary tools, Equipment, PPE and procurement of them.
• Preparation of monthly laterals logging update and claims documents to QS for submission to client.
• Report and discuss to Project Manager on site issue and propose suggestion to mitigate and improvement if any.
