Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore seeks a Site Coordinator with a Diploma in Civil Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in ERSS projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with project and safety managers, arranging logistics for materials and machinery, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Strong command of English and ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients are essential. The position operates on a 5.5-day work week, and a Class 3 driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in ERSS projects.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license and preferably own transport.
• Good command in both written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Manager on job site accessibility and mobilization.
• Arrange transportation for materials and equipment.
• Order expendable materials as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate with Project Manager for viewing of job sites / work access prior to materials and machinery mobilization.
• Co-ordinate with Project Manager on the quantity and type of materials and type of machinery (Vibro Piler or Silent Piler).
• Co-ordinate with Project Manager and Safety Officer on the manpower requirement and deployment.
• Co-ordinate with Safety Officer on the Safety Induction as per clients' requirements.
• Attend site progress meeting when necessary.
• Arrangement of transportation for materials, machines and equipment.
• Arrangement of daily manpower movement.
• Co-ordination on site progress and development.
• Ordering of expendable materials, e.g. Welding Rods, Oxy-Acetylene Tanks, etc..

Requirements:

• Possess Diploma in Civil Engineering (with recognized institutions) & Construction Safety Course.
• Minimum 3 years experience in ERSS projects.
• Good command in both written & spoken in English & able to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.
• Possess valid Class 3 driving license & own transport is preferred.
• 5.5 work week
