Job summary

A pioneering Web3 art marketplace company in Singapore is seeking a candidate to oversee NFT minting workflows and maintain blockchain provenance records. The ideal applicant will also support Web3 product integration and have strong skills in writing, research, and data management. A Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields is required. Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of blockchain, NFTs, and Web3 ecosystems is preferred.
  • Knowledge or interest of contemporary art, gallery operations, or curatorial practice is a plus.
  • Excellent writing, research, and data-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee NFT minting workflows including metadata creation and proof-of-authenticity.
  • Maintain accuracy and security of blockchain provenance records.
  • Support Web3 product integration for payments and wallet flows.
  • Research gallery’s collections for efficient Web3 onboarding.
  • Liaise with web developers to improve product based on user needs.

iPreciation is developing a pioneering Web3 art marketplace initiative, leveraging blockchain technology to establish trusted provenance, NFT-based digital certificates, and secure transactional infrastructure for fine art.

Job Responsibilities
Web3 + Platform Operations
  • Oversee NFT minting workflows: metadata creation, proof-of-authenticity, token transfers
  • Maintain accuracy and security of blockchain provenance records
  • Support Web3 product integration (wallet flows, gas fee structure, payments)
Arts Administration & Data Integration
  • Research and document the gallery’s internal collections, artists, and exhibitions to support efficient Web3 onboarding and data migration
  • Conduct primary and secondary research to support exhibition and collection narratives
  • Coordinate with artists/galleries for verification of on-chain records
Cross-Functional Project Support
  • Liaise with web developers to translate user needs into product improvements
  • Track project timelines and prepare progress documentation
  • Support onboarding and training for users transitioning into Web3
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of blockchain, NFTs, and Web3 ecosystems is preferred.
