A local corporation in Singapore is seeking an M&E Assistant to assist in project documentation, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure effective planning and resource management. Candidates should have a diploma and at least 2 years of relevant experience in the M&E engineering or construction industry. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.
Assist in preparation and submission of project documentation/reports from commencement to completion of project (e.g., Risk Assessment, requisitions, schedule, drawings, reports, etc).
Assist in planning/sourcing for material, equipment and resources required according to project specifications and requirements and ensure budget and cost are in control
Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, building owner, consultant, LEW, etc on project matters
Ensure proper filing of project documentation and reports
Prepare project activities and schedules report, etc
Assist in preparing quotes, propose or recommend works to customer to generate sales
Efficient planning and maintain positive productivity with allocated resources
Assist in preparations of quotations, attend site survey, when necessary
Provide administrative support to superior when necessary
Any other duties suitable duties as and when assigned by the Company
Diploma in any discipline or equivalent
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in M&E Engineering / Construction industry
Proficient in MS Office Applications
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Good planning, organizing, coordination and follow-up skills
Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
