Job description

Contract Length: 11 months. Location: Pasir Panjang. Office Hours: Office hours.

Administrative Support & Programme Management (Primary Focus)
  • Process claims for enhanced internship and work‑study upgrading programmes
  • Track and monitor PET programme budget utilisation for efficient resource allocation
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all programme activities and financial transactions
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for TIP Alliance initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with government financial procedures and audit requirements
Programme Evaluation & Quality Assurance
  • Conduct initial assessments of courses evaluation forms from IHLs for completeness and accuracy
  • Prepare submissions for Director approval on course evaluations
  • Maintain tracking systems for IHL courses, mapping graduate career pathways and training outcomes
Industry Partnership & Engagement
  • Monitor and facilitate engagement with skill‑based hiring pledge companies in TIP Alliance programmes
  • Support relationship‑building with universities, polytechnics, ITE, and industry partners
  • Assist in developing data‑driven strategies to enhance graduate employment outcomes
Event Management & Stakeholder Relations
  • Coordinate logistics for TIP Alliance meetings and industry engagement events
  • Support planning and execution of events
  • Organise appreciation and networking events for stakeholders
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Utilise data analysis to assess programme impact and maintain performance dashboards
  • Track programme metrics including graduate employment rates and career progression
  • Prepare regular reports with evidence‑based recommendations
Requirements

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Relevant professional qualifications or equivalent work experience considered

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 2‑3 years in programme administration, education administration, or operations support
  • Experience with claims processing, grant tracking, or financial administration advantageous
  • Familiarity with government procedures or skills training programmes desirable

Technical Competencies

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel for grant tracking, Word for documentation)
  • Experience with data analysis and visualisation tools
