  • Manage and maintain the volunteer management system.
  • Proficient with design tools for creating engaging reports and content.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure clear communication of programme processes.
  • Ensure proper application process to assess clients’ suitability for programme.
  • Maintain regular communication with volunteers and partnering agencies to ensure timely submission of required documents for monthly client disbursements.
  • Conduct needs assessment and work closely with volunteers and partnering agencies.
  • Co-ordinate support needs and referrals across the relevant agencies in a seamless manner.
  • Lead in screening, orienting, and training new volunteers and partnering agencies, ensuring they are adequately prepared to support the programme's goals and requirements.
  • Guide volunteers and partnering agencies in executing the processes to attain relevant desired outcomes.
  • Manage and maintain the volunteer management system to ensure accurate records and reporting.
  • Proficient with design tools for creating visually engaging reports, presentations, social media content, and marketing materials
  • Undertake any ad-hoc other duties assigned by the Head or Group Director overseeing the MWS Family Development Programme.
