General Description

Primarily responsible to assist Supervisor on timely job completion and to achieve quality standards and customer expectations met and where possible, exceeded

Key Responsibilities

• Manual slotting of letters into envelopes
• Able to do work by hand which is repetitive, fast paced and continuous
• Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet both SLA and company standards
• Meet project implementation targets for timelines
• Performing data entry
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor
