Job description
  • Assist and work with day to day production administrative works and operations of the Production/Processing Department by Engineer/Manager/Supervisor
  • Support production operations functions with expert administrative support to the entire Production Team.
  • Attend to production inquiries, calls, and email
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining data and reviewing production records and orders.
  • Responsible and maintain a proper record, filing for each department documents archival
  • Issue of drawings to the relevant department for production
  • Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price
  • Obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items
  • Obtaining approval from requisitioning department
  • Assist to get supplier quotation
  • Handle customer quotation enquiries
  • Follow up on the on-going projects
  • Co-ordinates on production schedule
  • Data entry to ERP system, filing, photocopy and scanning
  • Meticulous and organized with good time management
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask a high volume of tasks
  • Ability to handle a very active desk supporting numerous simultaneous productions
