My client an MNC in the medical device industry is looing out for a product specialist.

The Role

We are a Leading Global Medical Device Company seeking a highly motivated Product Specialist to drive sales and provide expert clinical and technical support for our Critical Care Product Portfolio. This role is a vital link between the customer and our global product team.

Core Responsibilities (Action-Oriented)

• Sales & Tender Ownership: Manage the full sales cycle for assigned Singapore accounts and take ownership of all local tenders and proposals.

• Clinical & Product Consultation: Provide expert consultation on product configuration, solution design, and clinical application for our core products: Ventilators, Patient Monitors, and Cardiology/Resuscitation devices.

• Demonstration & Training: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and comprehensive training for clinicians, doctors, and channel partners.

• Project Management: Oversee sales project fulfillment, coordinate delivery/installation with technical teams, and ensure successful customer acceptance.

• Market Intelligence: Act as the 'voice of the customer,' providing crucial market feedback, trend updates, and competitor analysis to the Global Product Team.

Essential Requirements

• Experience: At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in the medical device industry.

• Specialization: Candidate with Ventilator product experience is highly preferred. Prior experience as a Respiratory Therapist is a significant advantage.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Science or Nursing preferred.

• Traits: Strong communicator, self-starter, resilient, resourceful, and able to deliver results under pressure.
