YOUR CHALLENGE
Functional
  • Lead the conceptualization, delivery and migration of the Order Management product vertical under your care (eg Securities) as a Business Product Owner
  • Work with Change & Client Experience, Front Office and Markets teams to conceptualize the journey, gather and define user stories, design & prioritize features, provide requirements, work with technology and other team members on delivery
  • Understand internal and external customer needs, derive the overall product vision, lead the stakeholder management, prioritize the overarching change-delivery and run‑operations backlog along the epics & features prioritized by QBR (Quarterly Business Review)
  • Accountable for the product across its lifecycle (CtB and RtB) and responsible to ensure compliance with the Bank’s rules and regulations
  • Collaborate with ARTs (Agile Release Trains) to build the required functionality and with IT to ensure solutions are deployed to customers and users
  • Responsible to manage dependencies

YOUR PROFILE
Professional and Technical
  • University/FH Degree in Business Administration or other relevant higher education
  • Previous Product Manager (PM) and/or Product Owner (PO) experience
  • Extensive experience in Order Management process and platforms, across Order Capture, Validation, and Order Management
  • Minimum 10 years of product / platform ownership, project management and delivery experience
  • At least 5 years of Agile experience. Experienced in driving EPICs conceptually throughout implementation
  • Experience defining a vision and strategy for a digital solution, product or service. Successfully managed the full product lifecycle, including integration of user feedback and driving prioritization
  • Outstanding ability to manage global virtual teams and communicate with stakeholders at any seniority level
  • Strong analytical and investigation skills, with an ability to resolve issues in a demanding and challenging environment
  • Flexible and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Applied data analytics experience to derive insights and steer business activities
