About the Role

This role is responsible for supporting the product strategy for their young adult segment credit card, driving product penetration, growing market share, and maximizing profitability within this target demographic. This involves strengthening customer engagement and portfolio performance by delivering timely campaigns, addressing service requests efficiently to maintain competitive appeal among young adult customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Campaign Management: Manage marketing campaigns and initiatives to achieve business objectives, including acquisition targets, customer engagement, and incremental card spend.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build relationship with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely rollout of marketing campaigns and initiatives and achieve shared goals.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track key performance metrics (e.g., customer acquisition, registration figures & spend volume) and campaign effectiveness.
  • Operational Management: Handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks such as addressing customer queries.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of prior experience in card marketing or product management in the banking/finance sector. Fresh graduates may apply.
  • Good understanding of the young adult segment, their financial needs, and lifestyle preferences.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
  • Meticulous approach to work, ensuring accuracy and adherence to compliance standards with minimal risk.
  • Customer-centric focus and committed to delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Data and results driven with good analytical skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • A team player keen to collaborate and build relationships with both internal & external stakeholders.
