A digital solutions company in Singapore is seeking a Product Manager to oversee the product lifecycle for their mobile app and website. This role involves defining strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and optimizing product performance through data analysis. Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for the Ascott mobile app and website — from strategy and ideation to delivery and iteration.
Define and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals, customer needs, and market trends.
Lead cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and operations to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
Champion user‑centric design by conducting user research, analyzing data, and synthesizing insights to inform product decisions.
Prioritize features and enhancements across stakeholder groups using structured frameworks.
Monitor and optimize product performance through KPIs such as acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.
Proven experience in product management, preferably in digital platforms (mobile/web) with a focus on customer experience.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to translate insights into actionable product plans.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
Solid understanding of different methodologies such as Agile, product discovery, and iterative development.
Familiarity with digital technologies including APIs, mobile/web frameworks, AI‑driven features, and analytics platforms.
Experience with tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, Figma, New Relic, and product management platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
A degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field; certifications in product management or agile practices are a plus.
