Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and expand the portfolio of Cybersecurity products, technical solutions, and related services.

  • Drive the development of new services and continuous improvement of existing offerings to enhance quality, market share, and profitability through product optimization, operational efficiency, and effective pricing and marketing strategies.

  • Monitor and evaluate market trends, providing strategic insights to support medium- and long-term business planning.

  • Develop and manage business cases for strategic pricing initiatives and customized commercial terms.

  • Work closely with service delivery and operations teams to ensure efficient and reliable product delivery.

  • Support the sales organization in acquiring and retaining customers by offering competitive pricing, tailored solutions, and customized SLAs when required.

  • Identify and assess potential partner opportunities relevant to the product portfolio.

  • Define market requirements for both current and future products through market research, including regular engagement with customers and prospective clients.

Requirements
  • Diploma or higher qualification in IT or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

  • Candidates without formal IT qualifications may be considered if they possess at least 2–3 years of relevant sales experience.

  • Proven sales experience in computer networking and IT security solutions is an added advantage.

  • Experience working within a distributor or channel-based environment is preferred.

  • Strong leadership capabilities with sound analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented.
