A Singaporean technology firm is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of AI and data-driven digital products for a Singapore Government agency in the heritage and cultural sector. Qualifications

You will work closely with heritage institutions, researchers, and cross-functional technology teams to build products that enhance heritage discovery, research, and public engagement through AI and data analytics.

What You’ll Do

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for AI and data initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders across museums, libraries, and research organisations to shape impactful solutions.
• Lead product discovery, user research, and service design workshops.
• Manage product backlogs, write clear requirements and user stories, and work closely with AI/ML, data, design, and engineering teams.
• Track product performance using data and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
• Present product updates, roadmaps, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
• Manage vendors and ensure delivery aligns with public sector standards and governance.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI, data, or digital platforms.
• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working with data scientists, AI/ML engineers, designers, and delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery, cloud platforms, and modern data/AI product practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Singapore Government environments (e.g. IM8, GCC, CI/CD) is an advantage.
• Passion for using technology to create meaningful societal and cultural Impact.
