• Position Title: Lead Product Manager
• Working Location: Woodlands North (Transport Provided from North, Northeast and East areas)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
• Salary Package: Up to $6,000 + AWS + VB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from conception to delivery by collaborating with both internal and external resources. Guide project teams throughout the process, ensuring that milestones and deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.
• Assist the account manager in all client interactions. Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure clear communication and a mutual understanding of project requirements.
• Manage projects by overseeing budgets, timelines, and scope. Ensure that project objectives are met, and client needs are satisfied.
• Collaborate with various departments, including R& D, logistics, technical development, manufacturing, regulatory, and quality. Facilitate smooth integration and cooperation among these teams to drive project success.
• Effectively allocate resources across project teams, ensuring that both internal and external resources are utilized efficiently to achieve project goals.
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies for mitigation. Address any issues promptly to keep the project on track.
• Track project performance through regular status updates and reports, making necessary adjustments to ensure project objectives are met.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet required quality standards. Collaborate closely with the quality department to resolve any quality issues and implement improvements.
