The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in e-Payment products, along with strong analytical and product design skills. The role demands adaptability in a fast-paced setting, ensuring products meet regulatory compliance and market demands while optimizing performance based on data insights.

Qualifications

• 5 years+ payment and e-Payment product experience.
• Good understanding of the global payment ecosystem including Cards, eWallets, Bank Transfer, and Cash-based payment methods.
• Extensive market research and analysis capability.

Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Responsible for payment products (Web and App), merchant management platform and backend administrative system.
• Work closely with business development, technical team, risk, compliance and management, etc.
• Deliver world class payment solutions.

Requirements

• Product design skill set including prototyping using wireframe and sequence diagram tools, good user story writing skill
• Good knowledge about product development life cycle and have experience involved at various stages, UI/UX design, test case review, production support and operational process optimization.
• 5 years+ payment and e-Payment product experience. Have good understanding about the global payment ecosystem including but not limited to Cards, eWallets, Bank Transfer, Cash-based payment methods.
• Extensive market research and analysis capability to ensure product's competitive edge.
• Data analytical skills. Able to design product performance dashboard, and optimize the product using data driven approach.
• Good understanding of the risk and compliance risk/issue in payment products.
• Good knowledge about payment reconciliation and settlement.
• Able to survive in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-driven and looking for quick career growth.
• Domain knowledge in trading, crypto and/or blockchain will be advantageous
