Job Responsibilities

• Assist with layout planning for floor markings and coordinate execution with the project team
• Responsible for preparing drawings, presentations (PPT), and sharing materials with the sales team, clients, architects, and designers.
• Liaises directly with customers, architects, and designers on drawings, specifications, and quotations.
• Handles drawings and costings for projects.
• Manages multiple clients and projects concurrently.
• Work with the operations team to track order processing and follow up on status

Requirement

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with project matrices, project specifications, CAD tools, order management, and quotation systems
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Excel, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and other relevant software tools
