Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Procurement Executive to support procurement operations at Changi Airport, Singapore. The role focuses on governance, documentation, and stakeholder advisory across the procurement-to-payment cycle, with emphasis on process improvement and automation using Power Automate and related low-code tools.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years in procurement, strong communication and analytical skills, and experience with ERP/SAP or similar systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level degree in business, procurement or related discipline.
4–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing or contract management.
Experience with governance, compliance or procurement policy administration is advantageous.
Supervisory or team leadership experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract administration and financial controls.

Responsibilities

Support stakeholders through the procurement-to-payment cycle.
Administer tendering and contracting activities, including documentation and coordination.
Manage vendor onboarding within procurement systems.
Prepare and maintain procurement and contract documentation.
Create and manage purchase orders and monitor invoices.
Ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
