Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a procurement professional to join our team at Changi Airport on a 3-year contract. You will support procurement-to-payment processes, provide expert advice, and ensure proper application of procurement policies.

You will manage tendering, onboard vendors to the eProcurement system, create Purchase Orders and monitor invoices, while leveraging low-code tools such as Power Automate and BI dashboards to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Business or equivalent.
• 4–5 years of procurement experience, with governance/compliance exposure.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency with SAP, Sesami and low-code tooling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement-to-payment processes for business divisions.
• Prepare and publish tender documents; onboard vendors to the eProcurement system; create Purchase Orders; follow up on invoices.
• Track procurement service levels and report to Management.
• Identify opportunities and implement efficiency improvements; automate processes with low-code tools.
