PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage end-to-end purchasing operations in a regulated environment in Singapore.

You will lead sourcing, supplier evaluation, contract management, and negotiations to deliver cost-efficient and compliant procurement outcomes. The role requires 3–6 years in procurement, with preferred exposure to manufacturing or oil and gas sectors and SAP/ERP systems.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in relevant field.
• 3–6 years of procurement experience.
• Experience in manufacturing/oil and gas advantageous.
• Experience in SAP/ERP advantageous.
• Leadership experience advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end daily procurement operations in line with governance, workflows, and approval guidelines.
• Lead supplier/vendor sourcing, evaluation, and ongoing performance management.
• Oversee the full purchasing cycle — from commercial evaluation and negotiation to contract preparation and award.
• Conduct bid evaluations and negotiate with vendors based on set assessment criteria.
• Support risk assessment and audit processes related to procurement.
• Manage Service Level Agreements covering leases, equipment, logistics, and term contracts.
• Drive centralisation and bulk procurement initiatives, and lead or support cross-functional improvement projects.
