Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a procurement professional to support divisions on procurement transactions and ensure proper application of procurement policies.

You will manage tendering and contracting activities, publish tender documents, onboard vendors to the eProcurement system, and handle purchase orders and invoices. The role requires experience in procurement, governance, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or Business or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in procurement with some governance/compliance exposure; supervisory experience a plus.
• Good understanding of procurement functions; accounting knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage business stakeholders.
• Meticulous with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in systems such as Sesami, SAP, and electronic procurement systems.
• Experience with low-code tools like Power Automate/Power Apps and BI dashboards is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support business stakeholders in the procurement-to-payment process.
• Execute tendering and contracting: publish tender documents, onboard vendors to eProcurement, prepare contracts, create Purchase Orders, and follow up on invoices.
• Track procurement service level performance and present it to Management.
• Identify opportunities and implement innovative solutions for procurement excellence.
• Improve or streamline processes or automate using low-code tools such as Power Automate.
